Members of c|Life are asked to make a yearly recommitment to membership. Each person or family should prayerfully consider these membership commitments before submitting the recommitment form.

Foundational - CORE VALUES
BIBLICAL AUTHORITY
- I agree with the Basic Beliefs of Community Life Church.
- I submit to the spiritual authority of Community Life Church in matters of faith and practice.
RELEVANT ENVIRONMENTS
- I will be intentional about understanding the culture in which I live every day.
- I will seek to use every environment as a platform for ministry.
Connection - CORE VALUES
INTIMACY WITH GOD
- I acknowledge that I have made a profession of faith in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.
- I acknowledge that I have been baptized by immersion after my profession of faith in Jesus Christ.
- I will be intentional in pursuit of a daily intimate love relationship with Jesus Christ.
AUTHENTIC COMMUNITY
- I will pursue and develop accountability relationships through active participation in a Community Group.
INTENTIONAL APPRENTICING
- I will intentionally seek and develop one-on-one relationships with other believers.
Impact - CORE VALUES
STRATEGIC SERVICE
- I will seek to discover, develop, and utilize my spiritual gifting in ministry inside and outside of Community Life Church
- I will seek and obey God’s direction in my financial contribution in support of Community Life Church and its ministries.

- I commit to make my family my primary ministry.
- I acknowledge that the church is a resource in enabling parents to be the pastors of their family.

- I commit to share the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ through the relationships that God brings into my daily life.
