Community Groups

Community Group Leaders: c|Life members who have a passion to become a "pastor" to 10-20 people in a Community Group. Responsibilities include:

• leading the members of the group (1) to GROW as individuals, (2) to CONNECT with one another, and (3) to make an IMPACT locally and globally in their spheres of influence
• coordinating group meetings,
• coordinating group activities, and
• coordinating pastoral care for group members.

A ‘CG Leaders Guide’ will be provided for those interested in this ministry. Also, training sessions/conferences will be available throughout the year.

Community Group Host Homes: Persons willing to open their home for 10-20 people in a Community Group. Responsibilities include:

• serving as host/hostess to group meetings,
• coordinating food for group meetings.

Navigators: c|Life members who have a passion to assist others in the membership process. Responsibilities include leading people through the steps of church membership, specifically:

• taking a person through the steps to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and
• explaining the membership implications of each c|Life Core Value.

A ‘Navigator Guide’ will be provided to those interested in this ministry.
